Exceptional Same-Day Service and Expertise!
I called Cundiff Air Conditioning on a 90+ degree day because my AC was making a strange noise when shutting off. When I called, I let them know the AC was still working and it wasn't urgent, understanding how busy they must be in the heat. To my surprise, they were still able to send someone out that same afternoon!
The technician, Ian, was fantastic. He immediately recognized the issue was caused by duct pressure and adjusted the indoor fan speed to fix it. He went above and beyond by inspecting both the indoor and outdoor units, making sure all settings were adjusted for the best possible performance. He patiently explained everything, reassured me the cooling wouldn't be affected, and offered helpful tips.
After he left, the sound was completely gone and the system is running so much quieter.
Outstanding, fast, and thorough service from Cundiff!
